The UV lacquer coating and drying system for metal pipes line is designed for the application and drying of a 100% acrylic clear UV varnish on continuous pipes with the purpose of protecting the pipes from corrosion/oxidation. The system can be placed "in-line" or "off-line" according to the buyer's requirements.
The UV curing system is designed on the basis of the energy requirements normally indicated by the paint manufacturer who will indicate the energy in Milly Joules required for drying the paint.
Production can be organized in "batches" of tubes having the same diameter, shape, and technical characteristics and allows at least 8 hours of continuous production.
